Unable to connect to character

The problem is that after selecting a server to connect to, neither the standard nor the current league is listed. Connecting via VPN allows access to the character, but the ping is too high. Programs like Gear Up and Exit Lag don't help.
P.S. Everything worked correctly when the league launched.
