EU servers starting to act up again

Multiple heavy (3-10 seconds of mostly freezing) lag spikes and one disconnect in the last 20 minutes. Was fine for the 3 hours before that. Currently on Amsterdam.

For the record, it got better again. Let's hope the server survive the weekend.
