Missing Characters - Path of Exile 2 Account Investigation

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to report that two of my characters have disappeared from my account. I logged in recently and they are no longer visible on the character selection screen.

The missing characters are:

Class: Warrior

Class: Mercenary

Could you please investigate what happened to these characters and see if they can be recovered? Please let me know if you require any further information from my side to verify my ownership of the account.
