Account Locked After Hack – No Response From Support for 7 Months

Hello,
I’m posting here because I’m not sure what else to do at this point. Around 7 months ago my email account was compromised, and the attacker changed the email address associated with my Path of Exile account. Shortly after this happened my account was locked by support, which I assume was done as a security precaution. Since then I have sent around 8 emails to support trying to recover the account, but unfortunately I have not received a response. [Removed by Support] I completely understand that support can be busy, but after 7 months I’m worried that my emails may not be reaching the right place or that my ticket may have been missed. If a moderator could please help escalate this to support or advise me on what I should do next, I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time. crazy, hundreds of euro invested in this game, just to get ignored for months while i need the support the most . just to get a automated message back lol.
