Tujen haggle cannot CONFIRM

Been facing this for few days, relogged and changed position of Tujen and still cannot click CONFIRM button.

Others like Gwen and Rog are ok

[Solved]

Apparently after Tujen re-appeared in map and done bombing his expedition, went back to base and found out the CONFIRM button can be clicked.

the problem is still unresolved

I also have this issue.
