Blasting Transcendent Needs Some Tuning

As the title says, I think the blasting Transcendent mob needs to be looked at. They are a normal enemy that do easily 10x the damage as anything else in the temple. I can’t count how many times I’ve been snipe killed by one of those guys. Nothing else in the temple can really touch me damage-wise, but those dang guys can like 2-tap me. Or sometimes one-tap me. That damage seems a little too high. Yes I have max res.
