Extended Hideout/Town load screens

when zoning in and out of town from other zones through portals or way points, the load screens last anywhere from 45s-80s+, audio comes in from other players around me after ~5s

going from direct x12 to direct x11 or vulkan shows no difference nor does changing realm from washington dc -> texas

edit: going into system properties and changing the virtual memory under performance also doesnt help, dying in a map and loading back into a hideout(tried multiple hideouts) result in an abnormal loading time

Similarly, no graphics settings combinations I've found seem to help.

Same issues with mine. The sounds start up after roughly 1-2 seconds, seems it has loaded. Then it just stays on the loading screen for another minute before I can actually interact.

Same issue, town load times range from 45 seconds to four minutes.
