PlayStation Patch Notes - [PlayStation] 3.28.0 Hotfix 5 - Forum

Fixed a client crash caused by using Storm Brand near breach walls.
Fixed a bug that prevented players from sending shipments while playing with a controller.
Fixed an instance crash.

Please note that the client fixes for the first 2 issues will become available in a few hours on consoles.
