Account Appearing as Non-Existent When Attempting to Log In

Dear Support Team,

Hello. I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue with my original Path of Exile account.

Recently, when I attempt to log into my account, the system indicates that the account does not exist. This happens when trying to access both Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2. Because of this issue, I was unable to access the forums using my original account and had to create this new account solely to make this support request.

My account was functioning normally before, and I have not intentionally deleted or modified it. I am therefore concerned that there may have been an error, account issue, or some other problem preventing me from accessing it.

I kindly ask the support team to investigate what may have happened to my account and help me recover access to it. If necessary, I can provide additional information to help verify ownership of the account.
