MTX no longer working together

Ring of the victor and Grim Reaper Apparition Effect are no longer working together. When I equip Ring of the Victor my grim reaper apparation disappears. I've tried relogging and equipping in different orders and it doesn't work. These two have worked for many leagues but for some reason in this new league they stopped working together.

I was wondering why it stopped working. Its seems the this combo does not allow the Apparition to hover the character when the Ring of the Victor is equipped.

This was working till last league and stopped since Mirage League started.
