deadlock detected

When I try to install a loot filter, I get this error. I couldn't log into the game for the first two hours until I removed the loot filter. It works with both a downloaded loot filter and an online loot filter.

Same issue: I can't get into the Lunaris Temple in Act 3. I tried removing all filters, changing realms, joining a friend's realm, and changing video settings (Vulkan/DX12/DX11). Nothing helps. My first day ended at level 30 :(

I still can't play the game properly. I have to play in a language I don't know so I don't get kicked out of the game. I don't understand anything. I can't properly read the league mechanics or other information. When will this be fixed?

I was told to write on the forum. I did. Where's the solution? Is tech support working? Or does it just send people to the forum to discuss problems, hoping it will make them feel better?
