spellslinger vortex of projection and frostbolts dont explode the frostbolts

spellslinging frostbolts and vortex of projection doesnt explode the frostbolts on first trigger proc, which it used to do (and is supposed to, as of the wording on gem). It still triggers the vortexes for each frostbolt but doesnt explode the frostbolts. (the frostbolt needs to be first on trigger chain to test)
