Dear Grinding Gear Games Team,

I am a long-time Path of Exile player writing from Saudi Arabia to formally request the addition of a Middle East server region for Path of Exile 2.

Players across the Middle East — including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and beyond — have been requesting local servers since Path of Exile 1. Despite years of community feedback on your forums, the region remains unserved, leaving us with no option but to connect through Frankfurt or Moscow, resulting in 100ms+ ping, stutters, and frequent disconnects. This makes many gameplay mechanics — particularly in endgame content that demands precise timing — far more punishing than they are for players in supported regions.

I want to highlight a few points for your consideration:

• The Middle East gaming market has grown significantly. Major titles such as Valorant, League of Legends, and Apex Legends all operate servers in the region (Dubai/Bahrain), recognizing the size and spending power of the player base here.
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS Bahrain, Azure UAE North, Google Cloud me-central1) is already available in the region, meaning deployment is technically feasible without building physical data centers.
• A beta or trial server would allow you to measure demand before committing to a permanent region.

Path of Exile 2's Early Access has been a massive success, and the Middle East community has contributed to that through supporter packs and microtransaction purchases — often despite the poor connection experience. We would love the opportunity to enjoy the game the way it was intended.

My guess is they have data on money coming in from regions. Hosting servers costs money. I'm assuming a region has to hit a threshold before they bring up servers for it.

i guess they see the region is not profitable or maybe some development challenges

this will be my last league palying this game untill somthing happens i cant play with this ping distavange, lags and movement skill desync
