Path of Exile 1 no longer supported by PS5 (Pro)?

Hi!

I'm new here but since the season is starting for PoE1 I wanted to play it to get the cosmetics but also experience the game. It doesn't seem to show on my PS5 but I saw friends played it and even if I try to access the game there it gives me an error -- even on PS5 Store/Website.

You'll need to put this in the poe1 section to hopefully get answer or help
Thanks a lot!

If it helps, here's a screenshot trying it in browser:

I also tried it in PS App I can't see the game from search but I can see it on my friend's played games but when I click it, it shows the same error I get on browser and on PS5 Pro itself.
The game definitely works fine on my PS5.

Do you have trouble accessing any other games?
Unfortunately, this is the only one and I can't even find it on search.

The only method for me to find it is from a friend's played games. Even when I click on it it shows me an error.
My only guess is that it's a problem with the region you're accessing the store from? Can you see and install other Free to Play games that have an in game store like War Thunder?
Since you even bought a supporter pack, I guess you played PoE 2 before and that worked fine?
Oh, there is also the repair game files something something on Playstation that you could try running. Although that only should do something if you had a somehow botched previous installation of poe 1.

Unfortunately searching for the database rebuild I only found non official sites so I reluctantly used AI to scrape together info so no guarantee that this is correct but sounds like what I did when I used it last:
"
How to Rebuild the PS5 Database
Follow these steps to rebuild your PS5 database:

Power Down Completely: Ensure your PS5 is fully turned off, not in rest mode.
Enter Safe Mode:
Press and hold the power button until you hear two beeps (the first beep occurs immediately, the second after a few seconds).
Connect Your Controller: Use a USB cable to connect your DualSense controller to the PS5.
Select Rebuild Database:
Navigate to the Safe Mode menu using the controller.
Choose the option labeled "Clear Cache and Rebuild Database" or simply "Rebuild Database."
Confirm the Process: A warning will appear indicating that the process may take some time. Click OK to start.
Duration of the Process
The rebuilding process can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the amount of data stored on your console. Be patient and do not turn off the console during this time.

Rebuilding the database is a safe procedure and will not delete your games or saved data.
... is not a troll (PS5 btw)
Wow, how did you know I played PoE2 and that I bought a support pack?

Well, I found that too on search. I didn't try it.

I'm now able to access the game. Like you guessed, it's a region thing for PS5 players in Asia.

I accessed it via US PSN, downloaded it and tried opening the game using my R3 PS+.

It opened up to character selection but I haven't tested it yet further since I'm still finishing my playthrough in PoE2. Though, I assume that should work now, right?
