Viridian Wildwood Shrouded Domain Map Bug

Hi,


I'm a new player trying to get my Atlas skill points. This is going to sound strange so I'll try to be concise as possible.

I had two Unique Maps to do one was Viridian Wildwood and the other one was something different in another area of the Atlas.

I started the Viridian Wildwood Unique Map and I died when the map completed with the skill book item on the ground. I'm not sure if it was a mob that spawned with the boss or some kind of dot or just the timing. I died simultaneously when it completed within the same second. I was then unable to use the checkpoint to go back when it respawned me - I ended up going back to my hideout then Doryani gave me the 2 point atlas skill book.

I then proceeded to do the 2nd unique map but somehow the map changed from what it was to another Viridian Wildwood - which it shouldn't have. I'm running in the map trying to find the boss and suddenly while im walking using no skills or damaging auras(i have none) it says Map completed out of nowhere with me doing nothing but walking and then the map cuts off with a darkness wall and an orb of transmutation drops beyond the wall and shows up on my filter. I couldn't walk to it but clicked it and picked it up from a distance.

I received no skill points at all for the 2nd darkness shrouded domain unique map at all. I didn't get it from the Map or the NPC in my hideout and currently on my Atlas Map it only shows I completed one Viridian Wildwood Shrouded in Darkness Domain Unique Map (and it shows one and not two when I did them both back-to-back.

I would like to report this bug it happened after 2:20pm when i started mapping for the points and I would also like to get my 2 skill points. Who do I reach out to as far as trying to get the two Atlas skill points I was supposed to receive?
