Microtransactions is bugging

Hello, i purchased a pet and more stashes etc, 2 things i purchased. When i put correctly transaction id into xsolla wallet to add missing purchases it says: (Give your new purchases some time before you add them
You can try again later, or if that doesn't help, contact us in chat.
Also make sure your transaction number is correct.)
