Account locked 2 hours before league start

Hey, my friend just got his account locked for no reason as far as I know.
We were both looking forward to playing on league start but now its cooked.

A short message from him:

"Greetings,

login screen shows me a message "Your account has been locked." and I can't log into the game or on website.

Kindly asking to unlock my account or contact me via account's email (account name - "[Removed by Support]").

Please review this one as soon as possible cuz I'm truly interested in starting Mirage league."


Please, help this guy recover his account asap, I read that contacting support can take weeks to get a reply, which means that he basically has no reason to play this league at all, if he doesnt unlock his account soon.

Your friend will need to email support@grindinggear.com about this.

The forum can't be used to skip the queue, they won't discuss account security issues over a public forum, and they won't discuss account access with anyone other than its owner.
