Can't approach monster without crashing game #52,008,547

I cannot approach a monster without crashing 'an unexpected disconnection occurred' I think it may have something to do with the warden ascendancy, totems and proximity shield but not sure, please investigate (the monster is to the left/bottom), going to the right side is fine and does not crash

I have recreated the issue in bug report 2,093,250,160 (you are welcome)

The monster in the bottom right cannot be approached

I suspect there is a hoarfrost interaction

Recreating this issue on my end as well, similar circumstances; Warden, suspecting hoarfrost interaction. Sharing my bug report as well
