[Suggestion] Sister of Garukhan reward should be tied to an item

I think it would make more sense and be easier for user to understand if constant bonus for the character would be tied to an object that we right click to get the permanent bonus.
As for the first bonus we get in act I (Beira of the Rotten pack) is tied to that mechanic, for this one, we have to go to the map and confirm by overing the icon to understand that the bonus was granted.
