(PS5) UI crash while interacting with Transcension Device

Issue: toggling item label visibility while using the transcenscion device can results in UI failure +other

Impact 1 - can be avoided / no data loss
Urgency - Priority 3 -medium to low
Workaround - avoid the user interface / input interaction outlined in the repro steps below


Reproduction steps:

-Complete a t3 flesh surgeon room
-use the transcension device
-while viewing the 4 transcension mod options press the 'Toggle Label Visibility' key twice (once to hide items , and again to show them)

-At this point the game interprets button presses as though you were no longer using the device (highlighting nearby items to pickup, trying to dodge roll, etc), but still displays the 4 mod choices. You can not navigate to the mod choices, nor can you leave the chair (the cancel button (circle) now attempts to dodge roll).
-The UI is now completely 'unresponsive' (in that button presses no longer correspond to an available UI function anymore), aside from opening the game menu.. leaving you stuck in the surgeon chair.. for all time.. destined to be the surgeons final cadaverous experiment..
- Alternatively - to stop using the device at this point you need to respawn at checkpoint or log out/in

Note - if this bug is encountered, and youre forced to respawn at checkpoint, the transcension device will not allow you to interact w/ it again (for that temple run) - even if you had not yet selected a trans mod.

Additional Info:

-Whether this bug can occur for PC / Xbox users is unclear (I suspect the expanded input options for PC users may allow a player to correct the issue without having to respawn - but, again, unclear).

-Lastly, while this is clearly not a high priority - I think it should still go to immediate dev review and be included in your next sprint - the code change could also include a flesh surgeon room plaque in my honor? - simply because (as a fellow dev) the app defect details Im providing are pretty darn, good. also, ive spent like.. 5+ thousand dollars on poe mtx and im feeling under appreciated lol
