Gamecrash in Vaaltemple now i cant login with my Char

Hello
So i have the problem that my game crashed when I was in the temple.
The game works fine with all other chars but when i try to login to the one thats in the
Temple the game crashes directly. I think is because the huge amount of loot on the floor and my console is just not able to handle it.
What do i do? GGG can you get me out of there?
