[LATAM] "Failed to load instance" and Main Menu Kick when joining Vaal Ruins / Act 1 Instances

Bug Report Summary:
I am consistently getting "Failed to load instance" errors followed by a disconnect to the main menu when attempting to join Vaal Ruins and standard campaign instances while connected to the São Paulo gateway. This has resulted in the permanent loss of two Vaal Temple boards/runs in Act 1.

System Specifications:

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti

OS: Windows 11

Gateway: São Paulo (South America)

Location: Argentina

Steps to Reproduce:

Connect to the São Paulo gateway.

Attempt to enter the "Vaal Ruins" in Act 1 after charging the board.

The loading screen hangs for several seconds before displaying "Failed to load instance" and kicking back to the login screen.

Upon logging back in, the Vaal instance is gone/closed, and all progress/crystals are lost.

Troubleshooting Attempted:

Verified Steam game files and updated NVIDIA drivers.

Cleared NVIDIA DXCache and PoE2 ShaderCache.

Tried Ctrl+Click to force a "New" instance (still fails on São Paulo).

TEMPORARY WORKAROUND: Switching to the California (US West) gateway allowed me to join campaign instances immediately, though with much higher latency. This suggests a routing or instance-creation failure specific to the São Paulo server cluster.

Additional Notes:
As a level 10 Mercenary, losing these early-game Vaal instances is extremely frustrating for progression. It seems the "handshake" between the main world and the Vaal sub-instance is failing on the LATAM servers.

I'm now on Act II and the issue seems fixed (I'm doing the Vaal event), so it could be something with Act I

Aaaand now I can't join any character on the main menu, they all say "Failed to connect to instance"

Okay, so I fixed this with a private VPN but if I turn it off I still can't join the game through the brasilean server in a normal way
