Heroic Timeless Jewel Passive Bugged & Shapeshifting Delayed Bonuses Bug

When I use the Heroic Tragedy Jewel, the passive of Triskelion's Light says 10% increased of each exposure effect. However those no longer apply to other universal exposures such as the Fury of the King's Exposure effect.

If this is not intended, I feel the passive gain of this notable should be changed from 10% Lightning, Fire & Ice exposure effect to 5% increased overall exposure effects.


Additionally, when I am using the Fury of the King Talisman as well as Infernalist Demon Form it appears shapeshifting bonuses have a delay in applying on the act of shapeshifting itself. I have to switch zones while shapeshifted for my bonuses to properly apply.
