Problems when purchasing points.

Hello,

I am writing to inform you that I have encountered problems twice when purchasing points (my purchase fails during finalisation due to an ‘error’ as indicated by your service’s pop-up message).
I was able to complete my purchase, but I thought it would be useful to pass this information on to you.

I was able to complete my purchase, so everything is fine for now, but if the problem occurs again, I will take a screenshot and send it to the email address you gave me. That might make it clearer for you.
