This is a last help attempt that i seek from higher staffs than law support and helpdesk support.

Greetings.

Believing that higher staffs than the subsidiary of a subsidiary helpdesk will read and even higher than the customer legal support, this and that you are not onboard with helpdesk staff bullying players, I urge you to pay attention to whats happening there for the past months to avoid this issue and others involved that in good faith i choose to not disclose to move further.


And since that i see that the helpdesk ISN'T being transparent with what they are doing and how they are doing the custormer service to their supervisors(i imagine you), i respectly ask you to take this issue seriously from a customer that had the last drop of it.


Since the law customer support of yours replied NEITHER of my last 4 emails over the months, i see no other way to communicate this peacefully while i'm still being advised to do so.

I am also the player that tracked by his own and informed your helpdesk about some MANY allegedly law breaking issues before, during and a little after poe2 release that could bring you some headache.
That was before they started behaving to me as they dont work to serve customers and that they are above the laws from all countries you provide a service.

I hope the last issue i presented to helpdesk get's fixed by tomorrow at best. The rest, i'll wait for the superiors arrange a staff behaviour improvement with a short patience.

I'm afraid that my last contact to your support mentioned has passed 19 hours and still no reply.

Since there's nothing that a higher staff can do as i mentioned that this post was directed to them, no you, i'm afraid there's also nothing left to talk.

Do not for a second think that any statement other than statements from higher staffs than you are relevant to this thread as i mentioned.

They answering me by email or not as i said that i would be available there for them was only a courtesy to allow them to fix the problems that were also caused by the staffs answering the email you kindly and without logic suggested me to contact.
