Unable to clear Phrecia 2.0 Faustus orders with "Migrate All"

When I log into a character in standard and view the Faustus currency exchange in my hideout, there are currency exchange orders (both pending and completed) that are listed in the Phrecia 2.0 league, but are greyed out because I am in standard, so I can't cancel them.
The currency exchange tooltip says to use "Migrate All" from the character selection screen, which I did for all leagues in the "League Migrations" character select menu (except Standard SSF, because I'm not going to give up my SSF character status). However, the issue still persists - the greyed out Phrecia 2.0 currency exchange orders remain on my Standard league character. There was never a Phrecia 2.0 migrate all within the character selection screen "League Migrations" menu. Also I tried restarting my client after all of the above, but there was no change.
