Cannot Close Order on the Currency Exchange

I am unable to close an order on the Currency Exchange.

My console is PlayStation 5.

I was online in the Legacy of Phrecia 2 event minutes before the end of the event attempting to cancel all Currency Exchange orders.

After the event ended, I could not access the character, and I could not migrate the character.

The Currency Exchange order persisted as I played a different character in the Keepers Challenge League. Days after the Legacy of Phrecia 2 event had ended, I deleted the character, but this did not remove the Currency Exchange order either.

Although having the exchange items back would be appreciated, if that cannot be done, I would appreciate any help cancelling the order to free up all 10 Currency Exchange slots as we head into Path of Exile: Mirage.

In no way whatsoever do I hold Faustus, the Fence responsible for this matter...

My bug report reference number is 1182404783.

Thanks for reading this.

Those orders should exist in standard now (or permanent hardcore, if you were playing hardcore in Phrecia).

Did you check there?

With so many reports of the same issue, I'm starting to believe that Phrecia 2.0 didn't update its parent league from Keepers to Standard.

Unfortunate that I migrated prior to the end of Keepers, so I can't see for myself.

Phrecia 2 characters automigrated to Keepers not too long after the event ended (there was initially an issue, but it was fixed fairly quickly). At least on Playstation.

Now that Keepers has ended, these characters have migrated to Standard.

It can't possibly be a league-parenting issue, because the characters themselves migrated.

Assuming the issue isn't simply failure to check in Standard for the trades to cancel, it probably stems from people who deleted all their characters in Phrecia 2 before the event ended, which likely caused some part (or all) of the migration process to be skipped. That's all just speculation on my part. But the two people who I have seen report this problem both deleted their characters in Phrecia 2 before it migrated.

Character migration and league migration aren't tied together. Characters can be migrated without migrating league progress, which includes trade orders and stash contents.

When you migrate league progress, any trade orders would be sent to the parent league as canceled orders: they aren't being fulfilled anymore, but the order still takes up a slot in your Currency Market until you remove all the currency from it. If your Phrecia 2.0 league progress had migrated, those orders would say that they're in Standard league, and you'd be able to take the currency from them.

As mentioned, I did migrate Phrecia 2.0...that was a day or two before the end of Keepers league.
Phrecia 2.0 never automatically migrated league progress. Neither did the original Phrecia league for that matter--I still have that in my league migration options.

Are you playing on Playstation? The OP of this thread is, and, on Playstation, Phrecia 2 was auto-migrated.

I'm not, I play on PC.
There are people posting the same issue (with varying levels of detail) on PC as well.

I did see you say that Phrecia 2.0 characters were auto-migrated, but I saw no mention of stash tabs. Characters can be migrated without migrating stash tabs and other league progress, such as trade orders.

Actually, I may need to take back what I said about Phrecia 2 automigrating.

It is 100% normal for everything to automigrate on Playstation (leagues, events, etc), but I forgot that I manually migrated Phrecia 2 -> Keepers in order to test it because someone else was saying that it didn't work.

I do not remember if I did "migrate all" or just one character.

I do know that I now have all my Phrecia 2 stash tabs and whatnot in Standard.

I still fully believe that, on Playstation, the Phrecia 2 migration issues stem from people who deleted all their characters without doing a "migrate all" before deleting the last one. All the examples I know of on Playstation follow this scenario.

There should be a fix pushed to resolve the issue. I don't see any patch notes, and didn't require an update to launch the game, so it seems like a server-side issue that should also be fixed for console users as well, without having to wait.

You'll still have to manually migrate, I assume, bringing up the league migrations window at Character Select with R3.

After migrating Phrecia 2.0 to the appropriate Standard league, they'll be accessible from that Standard league. You'll need a character in that league with access to the Currency Market to clear out the orders yourself.
