CRASHING SINCE .40F update on PS5

Since the latest “hotfix” the game consistently crashes when trying to use a new teleport. Sometimes it will work taking the original portal back to hideout but other times it is still crashing. On top of that, when you try to load back in after selecting your character it will crash again. I am on console PS5 to be exact. Can you please investigate like you did with PoE1 and figure out wth is going on with th game? I just bought the newest supporter packs dropping $180 on them and the game does this??? Pretty please look into and fix ASAP!
