Hailstorm rounds not working with specific support gems

If you will level up hailstorm rounds (crossbow skill) to lvl 20, and will increase the quality to 20%, once you will try to put elemental armament in it, it will block the ability from use.

Sounds like missing str attribute points for elemental armament, does it show an exlamation mark on both skill and support?

It does work here.
You know it loads bolts over time of course so you cant spam it, one common issue with xbow when upgrading gems is that it auto switches to basic bolt so you need to load it again with bound key.
