Omen of Resurgence‌ not used up and died badly

Hi!

So pity that some T15 Map bosses still can ONE-shot us with 1.5K Life and 8K Energy shield along max resistance.

Omen of Resurgence‌ was active in bag and not triggered with Low life, still have 9 of them and not message in chat that it used up.

When this happening it is drawning down us so deep, feeling to exit game immediately......and let it rot.

No, not have any Atlas Boss points set for this particular reason, hate so much Map Bosses!!!

Why the need to kill us from some stupid Map Boss ability, that we don't even see what is happening? While playing safely for many days, even T3 Breach Bosses without a single death.

The omen won't activate if you went from 100% to 0% in one hit, you were never in the low health range for it to be activated.
