Did "harmony of purpose" get killed in patch notes? or just buffd? Its unclear!

After reading the patch notes, it’s honestly unclear whether the Shrine node got nerfed or buffed.
The line says: “Effects that grant random Shrine buffs … now grant Greater Shocking, Freezing and Skeletal Shrine (instead of the regular versions).” This could mean two things: We now only get those 3 specific Greater Shrines (which would be a big nerf). Those 3 weaker shrines were upgraded to stronger “Greater” versions, while the node otherwise stays the same (which would be a buff). The wording is just weird. If it really limits us to only 3 shrine types, Harmony of Purpose would feel pretty bad. What do you guys think? Can perhaps a GGG employee enlighten us? Last bumped on Mar 3, 2026, 9:35:09 PM

" Previously you could get a lesser/regular variant of these 3 shrines as a random roll from the entire pool afaik. Now you can only get the greater ones. That's it. It says it there - "now grant Greater Shocking, Freezing and Skeletal Shrine (instead of the regular versions)" TL;DR: it got buffed |

" I geniunely think its ambigious because it said "instead" within the watch notes. "instead of the old effect" |

I agree
"the first "instead" shouldn't be there. But yeah, that's a typo and the meaning is "Instead of the regular versions of shocking, freezing and skeletal shrines." Previously (pre 3.28) Harmony of Purpose chose a random basic shrine effect (lessers are not among them) to grant you. Now, three of basic shrine effects (Shocking, Freezing and Skeletal) have been replaced with their greater versions in the "grant a random shrine buff every X seconds" pool. |

I read it as being buffed as well, just on those three. Can see where the confusion is though, there is some ambiguity in the statement that comes down to how it is implemented.
