Please help I can't start the game

Whenever I try to launch the game, it gives me a black screen, then some audio plays for maybe 5 seconds and the game crashes. I tried everything I could find online. Tried the --nosound thing, tried deleting the config file, I'm running directx12. I have a limited internet capacity so I can't reinstall the game again. But I don't think that would fix it because people with similar problems did and it didn't fix it. Please help.
