Level 13 Skill Gem Shows All Skills Already Level 13

When trying to use a level 13 skill gem it is showing all of my skills grayed out and shows they are all already level 13 which is not the case.

" If you craft an uncut lvl 13 gem it will show every skill at that level, if it is greyed out means you dont meet requirements yet (level or attributes), any chance for a screenshot to make it more clear? Last edited by IILU81II#8410 on Mar 3, 2026, 3:15:59 PM

Ah I do see now that it shows a level requirement which I have not met. Thanks!
