trials of the temple of chaos error application

When I place the engraved chimeral ultimatum at the Temple of Chaos, I can't launch the trials and it gives me an application error. As a result, I can't access the trials or ascension points. Please help!

Include the error message you are getting. If the error only happens with Temple of Chaos, then you may need to check the logs for more details or try to verify files or reinstall the game as there might be some missing/corrupted file trying to load into the Temple of Chaos.
