[Kingsmarch] Atmosphere Redesign: From Bright/Dry to Foggy/Wet Aesthetic

Kingsmarch is a coastal port-town. Adding a light drizzle (mist-rain) reinforces its "maritime port" identity and shifts the tone away from " bright/dry" to " foggy/wet" aesthetic.

The bright sun and dry cobblestone does not fit the environment and would suggest changing to low-lying fog that hugs the ground, wet cobblestone and green mossy piers. These added details suggest a town constantly battling the elements rather than a town looking clean and brand new.
