Problem: 1. Skill level above level 40 isn't displayed in the stats.
2. Mana consumption doesn't increase for skills above level 40.
Description: 1. I have the "Frostbolt" skill stone, level 20 (+1 corruption), +19 to the level from global properties. The stats show the overall skill level as 40, mana consumption as 95.
2. After leveling up from global properties to 20, the stats show the same skill level as 40, mana consumption as 95, and the same level.
