Irradiating Tablets don't irradiate maps

I was wondering why my maps keep ending up lvl 79. I just removed my irradiated tablet and it didn't change the area level.

Im going to keep looking into it but I know I am putting lvl 15 maps in and sometimes its acting like a lvl 14. I think thats the issue, not the irradiated tablets. I am corrupting all my maps and I know Im checking if its a 15 or not.

Maybe you have the atlas node that corrupts maps a second time?
