Can you please fix the "deadlock detected" issue?

I don't know about others, but I am still experiencing this problem. It was first reported at the beginning of the current league. The problem is incredibly annoying and at times makes the game unplayable. It creates character stagger, screen lock, and outright crash. This is no way to play a game. I have researched the issue and tried many of the potential solutions, but nothing has worked. What is the status of this issue? Thanks.
