Herald of Ice

When I turn it off, it turns off that its being used with both my weapon sets. This is on my oracle druid if you want to see if it has to do with that. I am using Talisman's and Scepters on both sets. This does not happen with herald of ash, so it has nothing to do with martial weapons.
