PS5 believes I haven't bought the game

I started playing POE2 early last year. I bought it on PC and linked my account to my playstation account. I played on both, using characters from different usernames as my playstation account was originally seperate due to POE1. The day it stopped working on my PS5 was after a free weekend had ended. Maybe with the free period ending, it took away my access with it.
The screen that shows up when I try to log in on PS5 is: EARLY ACCESS - Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. If you enjoyed the Free Weekend and want to continue playing, purchase Early Access." I can still play on PC with no issue. Is there any way to override this and allow me to play on both PC and console? Thank you. Last bumped on Mar 1, 2026, 10:43:14 PM

To play the game on PlayStation you must buy the game on PlayStation.
It was previously possible to share the game with others on PlayStation, however GGG intentionally disabled that feature - if memory serves, that change took effect immediately after a free weekend concluded. So it sounds like this is what happened to you. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
