Vaal Temple portal is gone

Hi!

After walked out from the Vaal Temple to sell and empty bag, the portal is gone from the Triangle gate and Can not go back.

Used some Lock for chain end rooms as all 6 slots were filled up and can not picked up new one. Since Can not use up a Medallion from inside the Temple, so I did it at the Console.

Temple Console / Close Temple button tooltip saying that Temple is currently open...but can not go back!
