QoL for SSF is lacking tremendously

We need a lot more QoL for SSF

1. Auto salvage option

2. Auto pickup into a mini currency tab on char. It is extremely tedious to pick up crap all the time to salvage or sell.. At least make this a feature in SSF so we have some currency to craft with. We wont perfect our gear in SSF anyway.

3. Fix after death dmg stuff in sekkhemas and abyss monsters.

4. It is super annoying to micro manage 35185717 items in stash. Make this more simple.
