Trial of Chaos - Soul Core not selectable on Controller [Steam]

Scuf Controller @ xbox controller

Have encountered this trial ending bug at least 3 times now in the past couple weeks. One of the soul cores will not be clickable when the Soul Cores are on elevated areas. You just cannot click on it.
