Merchant in hideout shows item sold but no currency in tab.

I just logged into my hideout and Ange has the item sold icon above her head. The item history shows a unique helmet was sold and it is no longer in my merchant tab. There is no currency orbs in the earning tab. Also no matter what I do the icon above her head does not go away.

she has the same icon for both trading and currency exchange, check if she completed an exchange?

the helmet might be an old one so she just show the completed exchange.
