End of Act 2 bug...

I have played through the campaign a number of times, but now at the boss fight at the end of Act 2, when the king separates the platform, I can't see him or my character... can hear him??? Have deleted and reinstalled the game.

Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
