Australia - Network latency issues

Currently 11:51 AEST in Aus and latency is between 1000 and 70000ms for my Sekhemas instance. Reminds me of playing turn based games over email. Is there a protocol for reporting this or seeing if GGG are aware of it etc?

We have had server issues for a very long time now, lately i sometimes can't even connect to the nz server for the whole day :s Having to switch to aussie it's only a slight improvement heh. Surely they know there is issues but it's been going on for i want to say a year now.
