Unable to access the Guild Hideout.

I encountered an issue after purchasing a guild hideout, which makes my experience doubly frustrating. The button to teleport to the guild hideout has disappeared for me and all my guildmates. Using the teleport command gives a message saying that this member doesn't have a hideout yet.

This bug literally prevents me from using the content I paid money for. I've seen reports about this same issue dating back to January. Is this considered normal?
