POE 2 the GGG took away my Mirror!

I was playing Atlas and me drop Mirror, after 2 min Server Disconnected and when i restart game,
map Not Completed and took MY MIRROR! OMG it crazy... GGG back my mirror pls it happens in 00:40 - 00:47 time in Moscow Server i have screenshots. The mirror appears very rarely, and I was happy, but when the game kicked me out, I was very disappointed and I don’t even want to play anymore until the mirror is returned! GGG has a policy of never restoring any items for any reason. What happened is known as an instance crash. This page was created by the community and has some helpful advice.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
