Account locked

Good evening, I was just minding my own business, levelling my warrior, when all of a sudden my account got kicked from the game with the message your account is locked, please contact customer support, however i can't contact support so I'm posting here on my partners account.
Can someone tell me why my account has been locked? character name is - Kryten#6534 any help would be greatly appreciated. Last bumped on Feb 25, 2026, 1:16:02 PM
