Grip of Kulemak Quality Interactions

I've been using various Grip of Kulemaks this league, and I've noticed several modifiers don't work with catalysts:

Skittering (speed) doesn't work on "#% faster Curse Activation"
Xoph's (fire) doesn't work on "#% increased Ignite Magnitude" or "Abyssal Wasting also applies #% to Fire Resistance"

These might be me being too greedy, but Chayula's (chaos) doesn't work on "You and Allies in your Presence have #% to Chaos Resistance" - this one seems pretty straight-forward. Normal chaos res (as well as elemental + chaos res) are increased with Chayula's, so it's weird that it's just the allies part that would brick it.

And, just so we know it isn't Kulemak's, Reaver's (attack) does work on "#% increased Area of Effect for Attacks", so maybe just Kulemak-specific affixes don't work?
